Description
Self-reflection
5
Reflection comes naturally to me. I love noticing what an experience brings up, wondering about it, and sharing what we each discover. I'd enjoy bringing that into more practice together.
Energy
3.5
It's been a while since I've practised regularly, but I know how good it can feel when my Energy gets moving. I'd love some company getting back into it... starting where we are and seeing what opens up
Connection
3.5
I enjoy those unexpected moments when something clicks between people. Connection isn't always easy for me, but sharing a practice gives us something to explore together, without needing to have it all figured out.
Focus
2.5
When something catches me, I can get really absorbed. Staying with it takes practice though! I'd enjoy sharing that effort — noticing when we wander, coming back, and seeing what holds our attention.
Routines
1
I prefer variety to repeating the same thing every day. Short-term routines can give me some stability, even though keeping them long term does not come naturally.

Yoga Practice
01/06/2021
Off the back of a breath practice, expanded into a yoga practice. From all the movement practices I’ve tried, this still feels like one of the best things I can do for my Body. It goes best for me when practicing at a consistent time and space with others. I’ve done many hours since.
Touch Practice
Prior to isolation in 2020, massage was a weekly part of my life, and a key part of feeling integration within myself. During and after isolation, it basically stopped. The longer it’s been absent, the more I’ve craved it on some levels, while on others, I no longer want it at all anymore. I started some massage training, and offered it as a service for a while, but received resistance and push back from others, and simply didn’t have the Touch to maintain it.
Movement Practice
01/02/2022
I had always been a casual dancer, never really taking it seriously, but always enjoying times when I could sway my body. After some profound, but also disconnecting experiences, I recognised a deeper connection between the environment, and my own body. I attempted to explore that connection through an ecstatic dance practice, and sometimes felt myself flowing beautifully, while other times, it felt like energy from multiple different directions would jam me up. I tried to get back into a bunch of time, but generally stopped practicing, because a) it hurt, and b) I wasn’t making any good connections out of it. However, if time and priorities allowed, I feel there is much more that could be explored here, if there were supporting energy practices and community engagement around it.
Breath Practice
01/04/2021
After a long time in isolation, I decided Breath was an important starting point, to help re-engage with people. That was based on a profound Breath experience a few years earlier, and research. Since then, when I’ve been solid and focused, breath is something that supports and expands my consciousness. But my practice has generally been patchy, as I’ve struggled with instability.
