Motivating Others
4.5
With your permission, I LOVE finding what gets you up and about. Encouraging people and teams helps me feel energised, connected, and engaged.
Body Condition
4
Body is pretty good generally. Dislocated my Coccyx (Tailbone) bone when I was 9, and have a bad back and shoulders since - but it’s pretty good if I’m aware and looking after it. I also did my shoulder in like 2016 - some small thing that tweaks - and that is sometimes at me. Otherwise, no major ongoing problems.
Technique
3
A good general understanding of the Body and exercise technique, including lessons from many different styles of teachers and fitness coaches.
Self Motivation
2.5
Oh, I love finding those training flows, with others, or with myself, where everything just feels good and right - fit, fast and strong. For me, it’s all about getting my body into that state where it wants - demands more even. Then, it’s really easy. But the hump is getting my body to that point… And I’ve gone through that zone many times before.
Strength
2.5
I've spent a fair bit of time in the gym. My strength varies with how regularly I am training.
Speed
2
Speed has never been my strongest point. And most of my life, I’ve actually been very slow… I try to practice still though.
Agility
2
Agility, especially through my legs, has never been a natural strength. It is something I practise.
Training Adaptation
1
Adapting a training session on the fly for others, I don’t think I’m very good at… I’m ok if it’s just me though.
Session Planning
1
Putting a training session into a clear routine is still new territory for me.
