Designed, developed and delivered business-process definitions and training manuals across Healthcare, Industry Automation and Customer Service, with analysis, process improvement, as-is/to-be design and data auditing. Subsequently coordinated a new Industry Automation Control process in Water across Customer, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Scheduling and Warehouse functions, and supported the Queensland Flood disaster-management response.
