Lead and partner with the business to improve productivity, lower costs and support growth; develop and re-engineer processes; identify, analyse and implement process improvements across HelpDesk, PMO, Workers Compensation, Broker & Agent and Business Partners; conduct process and technical analysis on CUDOS including i90, Lombardi and RightNow.
Identified renewal-process improvements estimated to deliver approximately AUD$13.3M p.a. in funding to the Balance Sheet.
